fresh products pleasant atmosphere easy access
The breakfast was amazing!!! it had a large variety and fresh products. It created a very pleasant atmosphere to start the day. the location was perfect!!! it was close to everything, with easy access to main tourist spots and transport. the room was super clean and cozy.
the street noise was loud. it impacted my sleep.

Solid Stay Near the Metro
spacious room many fruits helpful staff quick access
I had a family room and it was sufficiently spacious. Breakfast included many fruits, that was a plus. The staff were helpful when I asked them questions. The lift provided quick access to upper floors.
The sound insulation could be improved. Noise from the hallway was noticeable.

The room had ample storage space for luggage and clothing. The bathroom featured a large sink and a selection of towels. A table with chairs was available in a separate area.

heavy traffic disruptive building
The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was quite noisy because of a nearby major road. There was heavy traffic outside, difficult to sleep. there was building work ongoing next door, SO it was quite disruptive throughout the day.

an acceptable stay
helpful staff fresh fruit noisy air con cold room
the staff was helpful with any issues. the location is close to metro and bus stops. the breakfast had many choices. there was a fancy coffee machine plus lots of fresh fruit.
my room was very cold. the air con was noisy and did not really work properly. this impacted the stay.
